Freddie Pitts is an actor, singer and musician from

Manchester, represented by Art-T Management. 

  Studying (BA) Acting at The University of Wales Trinity 

Saint David, and graduating with 2:1 Honours, he studied

workshops in Meisner technique, stage combat and

Shakespeare in addition to his modules while at University.

  He also co-founded Unicycle Theatre Company and is 

working towards producing his own plays and others

under the Unicycle name.

He speaks Welsh, Italian and Spanish to conversational level, (and with more practice, hopefully fluency eventually!) and is comfortable playing a range of instruments including guitar and drums, achieving grade four in clarinet and grade one in piano.

 

His professional theatre career started very quickly, having already secured his first role before graduating from university, and in September he started this role, performing as Tom in 'Tom's Midnight Garden' with London's Image Musical Theatre. The company liked the cast so much, they were asked to carry on with the company on another Project, a 6 month tour of the company's brand new musical 'The Sword in the Stone' in which Freddie was cast as Arthur. After working for Image, Freddie worked on a more northern show, performing the role of Sammy in 'The Night Before Christmas' with the Blackburn based Storytellers Theatre Company and from January to May 2015 he toured Italy as Kay and Merlin in Smile Theatre Society's Production of 'Arthur'. From November 2015 to February 2016 he played the parts of Silly Billy and Eric in M&M Productions pantomime performance of 'Sleeping Beauty'. 
  Following pantomime, he took a short break from acting to sing at a TUI Family Life hotel in Salou, Catalunya, in Spain's Costa Dorada. Upon finishing this he returned with a very short one week Pantomime gig with M&m again, before flying back to Catalunya for a European tour with the English Theatre Company.
